Portable Signage FAQs
1. How do I power the portable lightboxes at a trade show?
Our portable lightboxes are 12V Battery Compatible. You can use a standard rechargeable 12V DC battery bank (commonly used for CCTV or camping) to power them. This allows you to have a glowing sign at your booth without paying for expensive electrical drops or hiding messy cords.(Note: Battery bank is not included due to shipping regulations, but we can recommend models)
2. Are the tabletop lightboxes customizable?
Yes! For our Studio Lightbox, you can easily slide in new acrylic panels. This means you can change your message for different events or promotions without buying a whole new sign.
3. Are your A-frame sidewalk signs wind-resistant?
Yes. Our metal A-frames and sandwich boards are designed with a sturdy steel or heavy-duty aluminum frame. They have a wide stance for stability. For extremely high-wind areas, we recommend adding weighted sandbags to the base crossbar.
4. Can I use the Tyvek Lantern outdoors?
The Tyvek material is water-resistant and durable, but the lantern structure is lightweight. It is best used for indoor events, night markets, or covered outdoor areas. We do not recommend leaving it out in heavy rain or strong winds permanently.
5. How easy is it to set up these signs?
Extremely easy. Most of our portable displays require no tools. A-frames simply unfold, tabletop lightboxes sit on the counter, and battery signs plug directly into your battery pack. They are designed for "setup and go" scenarios.
6. Production and Shipping time?
Standard production is 7-10 business days. For events with tight deadlines, please choose Express Shipping (7-14 business days) at checkout to ensure your signs arrive before your trade show or grand opening.
