1. Do you handle installation?

We specialize in design and manufacturing. While we do not send installation teams on-site internationally, we provide engineering-grade installation guides, 1:1 mounting templates, and all necessary hardware. Any local general contractor or handyman can easily install our signs using our instructions.

2. How do you ship large architectural signs safely?

Safety is our priority. For large-scale or fragile items (like neon or large metal structures), we use custom wooden crating and foam padding. All shipments are fully insured against damage during transit via DHL/FedEx Freight.

3. What is the typical lead time for a custom project?

It depends on complexity.

  • Standard Custom: 10-12 days production.
  • Complex Architectural: 3-4 weeks (including technical drawing approval and fabrication).
  • Shipping: 7-10 days globally.
  • We recommend starting the conversation at least 6-8 weeks before your grand opening.

4. Can you work from architectural blueprints or CAD drawings?

Yes. Our engineering team reads CAD and architectural plans daily. You can send us your DWG or PDF floor plans, and we will calculate the exact sizing and placement for your signage system.
