At SignEdge Studio, we prioritize the security of your transactions. We want you to feel comfortable and confident when shopping for your custom signage. We offer a variety of secure payment methods to ensure a smooth checkout experience.

1. Accepted Credit & Debit Cards
We accept all major credit and debit cards issued by US and international banks. You can safely pay using:

  • Visa
  • Mastercard
  • American Express (Amex)

Note for Business Customers: We fully accept Corporate and Business Credit Cards for company procurement.

2. Express Checkout (Digital Wallets)
For a faster and more convenient checkout, you can use the following digital wallets. These allow you to pay without manually entering your card details:

  • Apple Pay: Pay securely using your iPhone, iPad, or Mac.
  • Google Pay: A fast way to pay on Android devices or in the Chrome browser.
  • Shop Pay: An accelerated checkout method that securely saves your shipping and payment details for faster future purchases.

3. Payment Security (SSL Encrypted)
Your security is our top priority.

  • SSL Encryption: Our entire website is secured with an SSL (Secure Socket Layer) certificate. You can verify this by looking for the padlock icon 🔒 in your browser's address bar.
  • PCI Compliance: We are Level 1 PCI-DSS compliant.
  • Data Protection: We do not store your credit card number or sensitive payment information on our servers. All transactions are processed through a secure, encrypted payment gateway.

4. Currency & Billing

  • All transactions are processed in USD (US Dollars).
  • If your credit card is issued in a different currency, your bank will convert the amount to your local currency at their current exchange rate.
  • Your payment method will be charged at the time the order is placed to secure your custom production slot.

5. Payment Troubleshooting
If your payment is declined, please check the following:

  • Ensure the Billing Address you entered matches exactly the address on file with your card issuer (AVS Match).
  • Check that your card has sufficient funds or credit limit.
  • If you are placing a high-value order for your business, your bank might flag it as "unusual activity." Please call your bank to authorize the transaction.
