1. Is there a minimum order quantity (MOQ) to join?

No. We understand that interior designers work on a project basis. Whether you need a single brass sign for a reception desk or 500 room numbers for a hotel, you qualify for trade pricing once your application is approved.

2. Do you offer "White-Label" (Blind) shipping?

Yes. We can ship directly to your client without any SignEdge branding or invoices in the box. The package will look like it came from your agency. Please request "Blind Shipping" when placing your order.

3. Can I get material samples?

Absolutely. We offer a Trade Sample Kit containing real swatches of our Brushed Brass, Stainless Steel, Titanium, and Acrylic finishes. This helps you get client approval faster. You can request a free kit after your account is approved.

4. What files do I need to provide for production?

We prefer vector files ( AI, EPS, PDF, DXF ) for the most accurate cutting. If you only have a design concept or a rough sketch, our engineering team can help convert it into production-ready files.
