Shipping Policy

At SignEdge Limited, every sign is made to order based on the customer’s approved design, size, material, finish, and installation requirements. Our custom signage products are manufactured in China and shipped internationally to customers.

1. Production Time

Because our products are custom-made and not off-the-shelf inventory, production usually takes 7–14 business days after the digital proof is approved by the customer.

Before production begins, we may contact you to confirm design details such as text, logo files, dimensions, material, finish, mounting method, and installation location. Production time may be extended if additional design confirmation, file correction, or special customization is required.

2. Shipping Options & Estimates

Available shipping methods and costs will be shown at checkout. The delivery time depends on the shipping method selected and the destination country.

Free Standard Shipping
Cost: Free on all orders where available at checkout
Estimated Delivery After Dispatch: 3–5 weeks
Best for: Customers who plan ahead and want the best value.

Express Priority Shipping
Cost: $49.00 USD where available at checkout
Estimated Delivery After Dispatch: 7–14 business days
Best for: Time-sensitive projects and store openings.

Please note:

Total estimated delivery time = design confirmation time + production time + shipping time.

Shipping estimates begin after the order has been completed, packed, and dispatched. Delivery may be affected by customs clearance, local carrier delays, public holidays, weather conditions, or remote-area delivery limitations.

3. Shipping Origin

Our made-to-order signage products are manufactured in China and shipped internationally from our production facility or export warehouse. Customers will receive tracking information once the parcel is dispatched.

4. Order Tracking

After your order is shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this tracking number to follow the delivery status of your package.

5. Damaged in Transit

We pack our signs carefully for international shipping. If your sign arrives damaged, broken, or visibly defective due to transit, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

To help us review the issue, please include:

  • Photos of the damaged product
  • Photos of the outer packaging
  • Photos of the shipping label
  • A short description of the issue

If the damage is confirmed, we will remake and ship a replacement free of charge.

6. Customs, Duties & Taxes

Import duties, taxes, brokerage fees, customs charges, or local delivery fees may vary by destination country, order value, and local regulations.

Unless otherwise stated at checkout or in a written quotation, any applicable import duties, taxes, or customs charges are the responsibility of the customer.

Customs clearance delays are outside our direct control and are not included in the estimated shipping time.

7. Incorrect or Incomplete Shipping Address

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout. If an order is delayed, returned, or lost due to an incorrect or incomplete address, additional shipping fees may apply.

8. Questions or Deadlines

If you have a specific opening date, installation deadline, or event schedule, please contact us before placing your order so we can recommend the most suitable production and shipping option.
