Design Process

Our custom process is simple, efficient, and flexible:

1.  Submit your idea: Share your brand name, signage dimensions, reference images, or any creative concept with us via form or email.

2.  Pay the deposit, then receive the design: Upon receiving your deposit, we will provide a visual draft or mockup within 1–2 business days for your review and approval.

3.  Confirm the details: Finalize the material, color, lighting, voltage, and other technical specifications.

4.  Make the full payment: Once the above three steps are confirmed, please proceed with the full payment.

5.  Production scheduling begins: We will arrange production immediately after receiving full payment.

 We support design files in AI / PDF / SVG formats and can also assist you in creating a design from scratch.
